Natasha Joubert Tearfully Reflects on Her Miss SA Journey

Closing a cherished chapter in one’s life can be difficult at times, especially if that period included some of one’s fondest memories.

Natasha Joubert is a South African model and the current Miss SA. The 26-year-old competed in Miss SA 2020 and finished second runner up. Joubert went on to represent South Africa in Miss Universe 2020.

Natasha Joubert took to Instagram to share a touching moment as she pondered on her journey as Miss SA, which is coming to a close.

Miss SA, who is in tears, has admitted that it is difficult for her to begin a new chapter in her life now that an era has come to an end. She described becoming Miss SA as one of the most enjoyable and gratifying years of her life.

“Hey guys, good tears. I have always been super transparent with doing therapy and just staying on top of my emotions, thoughts and feelings. And so I was just at my psychologist and I have three weeks left of being Miss SA and I am so heartsore.

“Like why don’t we talk about how hard it is to end off a reign and such a special chapter in one’s life,” she said.

She said being Miss SA gave her so much joy, purpose and motivation, and she thanked everyone who supported her during her reign.
