British Man Falls to Death from Spain’s Tallest Bridge While Making Social Media Content

A 26-year-old British content creator unfortunately perished after falling from one of Spain’s tallest bridges, Talavera de la Reina.

The mayor’s administration stated that the unidentified individual died on Sunday while attempting to climb the Castilla-La Mancha bridge to generate content.

Macarena Muñoz, a local politician, reported that the man was accompanied by a 24-year-old British male who survived.

Muñoz stated that scaling the bridge was strictly prohibited.

“We have reiterated on many occasions that it cannot be done under any circumstances,” she said.

Muñoz added that both men had travelled to Spain to climb the bridge to create content for social media platforms.

“We have been able to learn they had come to Talavera to go up to the bridge and create content for social networks, which has resulted in this disastrous and sad outcome”.

“The judge and the forensic doctor have already lifted the body that has been transferred to the funeral home,” she concluded.
