Thandeka Zulu has lost her home in the devastating KwaZulu-Natal tornado. The singer and second half of Afro Soul was devastated as she described how her community members had lost their houses and valuables after the disaster.
Tandeka Zulu, a resident of Tongaat (oThongathi) in KwaZulu-Natal, has disclosed that she, too, lost a considerable amount of money following the devastating storm episode.
According to TshisaLIVE, the artist, who was born in the small village, confessed that her home was damaged during the mayhem and is distraught.
“People’s belongings have been swept away by this tornado. I’ve had to stop rehearsals to go home and see the extent of the damage.”
Heavy rains and hail in KZN caused community members to lose their houses and valuables, in addition to the tornado.
