Leigh-Anne Pinnock has asked supporters for aid after her niece went missing.
The Little Mix singer has requested her followers to share an urgent appeal after her 13-year-old niece Faith went missing in Buckinghamshire, UK, without her phone or money.
Along with photographs of Faith, she wrote on her Instagram Story on Monday evening, June 22: “Please share.” My niece Faith is missing. She was last spotted in High Wycombe town centre wearing a black crop top and black leggings, as well as a Jordan rucksack.
“Please share; we are terribly concerned because she has no phone or money. Police have been notified, but we have yet to locate her.”
She was last reached Monday afternoon.
A Thames Valley police spokesperson told the Daily Mirror newspaper that Faith was reported missing yesterday evening, June 22. Officers are working to find her.
“If anyone has any information on where she might be, please call 101 quoting 2053 of yesterday’s date.”
Leigh-Anne has two sisters: Sairah and Sian-Louise. Faith is Sian-Louise’s daughter.
The concerned mother shared an Instagram post by The Black Project, which featured Faith under a’missing person’ banner.
The message read: “Faith, 13, has been missing for several hours and was last seen in High Wycombe’s town centre earlier today.
“She has no phone with her, and no money either, so it’s not clear if or how she’d have left the High Wycombe area, but with no way of contacting her, her family are incredibly worried.”
In 2018, Leigh-Anne published a post about Faith, who expressed dissatisfaction with her Afro and desired to blend in with the other girls at school.
The singer tweeted at the time: “My 7-year-old niece once expressed she didn’t like her Afro and wanted to look like the other girls in her class; it hurt my heart that she didn’t think her hair was beautiful.
“Love your curls, love your Afro.. we need to teach young black girls that it IS just as beautiful,” she posted on Instagram.
