Saïd Business School is recruiting for two new Senior Advisors to work with our MBA Recruitment and Admissions Managers on the flagship full-time MBA programme.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with people and helping them achieve their educational and professional goals.  In this role you will be responsible for a number of duties that extend across the recruitment and admissions function for the full-time MBA at the business school. Under the supervision of your Line Manager, you will be sourcing high-quality candidates to the programme, answering prospective applicants’ enquiries, supporting their application to the MBA, and executing the admissions process to ensure that it is operated in a timely and efficient manner. You will utilise in-depth specialist knowledge of the programme to provide advice to applicants and identify any issues arising with the admissions procedure.
You will establish and manage relationships to a high level with the Recruitment, Marketing, Careers, Programmes and Alumni departments to enhance the application experience of prospective students.
To be considered for this role you will need to have highly developed planning, organisation, and time management skills to anticipate and address workflow challenges and deadlines. You will also be adept at presenting ideas in front of audiences, and enjoy the opportunity to travel occasionally within your set regions.
It is key to be comfortable in a customer-facing role and have a strong personal commitment to customer care, an enthusiasm for meeting people, and a cross-cultural awareness.
Further information on this role and how to apply can be found in the job description.
All applications must include a CV, and for these roles we are inviting prospective candidates to also include a video of themselves answering the following questions.
1.  What aspects of the role are the most attractive to you, and made you want to apply?
2.  What are the top three skills that you have that are transferrable into this role?
3.  Identify and describe the one thing that you could bring to the role that is unique to you
The video should be viewed as a mandatory aspect of an application and replaces the need for any cover letter. It should be no more than 5 minutes long in total and can be sent via email to the HR Recruitment team on HR.Recruitment@sbs.ox.ac.uk clearly stating your name and the position you’ve applied for in the subject field.
