A married Mzansi woman went viral on TikTok after revealing her delight to upgrade her wedding ring 11 years after saying “I Do.”
Nqobile MaPhakathi shared a TikTok video in which she accompanied her spouse to acquire a new wedding ring for her.
“I’ve been married for 11 years, and I’ve been using the very same ring that my husband bought for me 11 years ago. I think it was roughly just under R5 000. Years later, my husband has decided to upgrade me,” an excited Nqobile shared.
The husband jokingly corrected his wife, stating that the initial ring cost slightly under R7,000.
The pair documented their drive to Browns Jewellers, where they received great service and snacks while collecting the new diamond ring. The ring was simply gorgeous.
