Urbanest Accommodation Scholarships at University of South Australia 2022

International students commencing a new degree program at University of South Australia in Semester 1 2022 are eligible for the Urbanest Accommodation Scholarship.

The apartments at Urbanest are all-inclusive, completely furnished, and ready to move in. Electricity, unrestricted internet, 24 hour reception, gym, and bike storage are all included in the weekly fee.

Room type: Single room with private bathroom in 4 person apartment
Full rate: $349 per week
50% scholarship rate: $174.50 per week
Bond payment: $698 (4 weeks rent)
Holding fee: $174.50 which will go toward the first week rent

Room type: Large studio with single bed and kitchen
Full rate: $469 per week
50% scholarship rate: $234.50 per week
Bond payment: $938 (4 weeks rent)
Holding fee: $234.50 which will go toward the first week rent

Application Deadline: Applications are open for the academic year 2022-2023.

Value of Award: 50% tuition fee

Number of Awards: Limited

Eligibility: 

  • You must be a first-year bachelor’s or master’s coursework student starting a new degree program.
  • You must be an international student who wishes to study in the United States (over 18 years of age)
  • Starting in Semester 1, 2022, you must be eligible to study in Australia.
  • You must demonstrate your ability to communicate in English.
    You must have accepted the offer from UniSA.
