Megan Thee Stallion is suing Milagro Gramz for alleged harassment.
Megan Pet, a 29-year-old rap singer, has filed a lawsuit against the blogger in Florida, alleging Gramz, whose true name is Milagro Elizabeth Cooper, of “churning out falsehoods” about her shot by Tony Lanez in 2020.
In a statement, the musician said: “It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying, and the dissemination of false information about my personal and professional life.
“I’ve endured countless attacks on my character based on false narratives from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists.
“It’s unacceptable behaviour and these individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods.”
In court filings acquired by “People,” the rapper claims Cooper “acts as a paid surrogate” for Lanez and has purposefully spread lies about the “Hot Girl Summer” hitmaker.
Her lawsuit accuses Cooper of questioning her “mental status” and referring to her as a “angry black woman”.
Cooper has also been accused of posting a “deepfake p0rn0graphic video” featuring Stallion on X.
The blogger is also accused of claiming “that the firearm Mr. Peterson used to shoot Ms. Pete was not produced during the trial because it was missing”.
However, the award-winning rapper’s lawyers have stated that “the firearm remains in the custody of the Los Angeles Police Department”.
Lanez received a ten-year prison sentence in August 2023 after being convicted of shooting Megan.
Despite this, the lawsuit alleges that Cooper has thrown doubt on whether he actually shot her.
The Grammy-winning singer is now seeking “monetary damages” as well as “attorneys’ fees and costs”.
Stallion additionally contends with “a permanent injunction barring Defendant Cooper from any future use or publication of intimate visual depictions of her” .
In response to the lawsuit, Gramz wrote on X: “Countersuit gone go crazy (sic)”
