Gloria Ngcobo and Tristen Naidoo prepare to compete in the Tropika Island of Treasure Challenge against other candidates in Zanzibar for a chance to win a little fortune.
Tropika, a juice company, introduced Tropika Island of Treasure in 2011, a reality show in which celebrities are matched with ordinary South Africans to compete for a million rand.
This season’s competition, which returns for the 11th time, will be held in Zanzibar. The teams will compete in a variety of events and do their best to win. Meet two amazing people making waves in their respective fields.
Gloria Ngcobo, a Durban native and full-time content developer, is a fitness fanatic, environmentalist, and social media content generator. Her dedication to health and wellbeing extends beyond personal aspirations, as she actively encourages healthy living on social media.
Ngcobo’s commitment to sustainability was evident in her engagement in beach clean-up activities and urging others to live environmentally responsible lives. Her posts have received between 700,000 and 1.4 million views each. Reflecting her contagious zeal for health and fitness.
