The energetic five-time Ballon d’Or winner has now ventured into the world of fitness with a new location in Madrid.
The Portuguese forward was present as he unveiled his new ‘CR7 Crunch Fitness’ gym in the Cuidad Lineal district of Madrid, and he even shared a secret as to how he got his own impressive abs.
Speaking to journalists, he said: ‘It’s not true that I do 3,000 sit-ups every day. I usually train 4 or 5 times a week with 200 or 300 sit-ups.
‘It’s not good to do too much because you can have problems with low back pain.’

Although he is clearly focused on his post-football career with a number of money-making schemes, the 32-year-old surely has a few years left at the top of his game.
Ronaldo has featured 33 times for Real Madrid in all competitions this season, scoring 26 goals along the way.
