Orchard Collins & Monkey Colada Recipe

Hendrick’s Orchard Collins


50ml Hendrick’s Gin
25ml lemon juice
25ml cider
1 ½ parts ginger beer
3 slices of apple
Cucumber rose


1. Combine all ingredients in a highball filled with cubed ice. Lightly stir and serve.

2. Garnish with a cucumber rose and 3 slices of apple.


1 part Monkey Shoulder
1½ parts fresh pineapple juice
1 part coconut puree
½ part coconut water
1 part fresh lime juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 parts ice
1 pineapple slice


1. Add all ingredients (except pineapple slice and cinnamon) to a blender filled with ice.

2. Blend well then strain. Serve in tall glass.

3. Garnish with pineapple slice and cinnamon.
