Should the Economic Freedom Fighters win the upcoming general elections, South Africa can expect many changes to be made.

The party’s manifesto was revealed and discussed, and the EFF has big dreams. According to the manifesto, half the land will be owned by women and the youth of South Africa.

The EFF government will distribute a minimum of 50% of land to be controlled by women and the youth and women will get tribal land, married or not.

Education will not only be free, it will be compulsory and children would be taken to schools by force if need be, as reported by TimesLIVE.

Julius Malema addressed a roaring crowd in Soshanguve north of Pretoria, and cheers could be heard when he made these promises.

The EFF vows to also make sure that 50% of South Africa’s mineral resources benefit the local people.

Unemployment and the land issue was also discussed, as the EFF said ‘we want our land jobs now’. The party wants to roll out a “massive and protected sustainable industrial development” over the next 5 years to ensure this dream comes true.

We cannot postpone the land question. We cannot postpone the jobs question. We are hungry now and we must eat now.

Of course, the land would be owned by the state, and a land ombudsman would look out for the rights of citizens.

We gathered that the EFF wants to get rid of rentals in residential land and enforce a law that will see all shops selling 60% locally produced products and goods.

The EFF would also punish those who steal from the state with a minimum of 20 years behind bars.

Anyone who steals from government, that person is stealing from the poor. We will start with Jacob Zuma to set an example and we will follow with Gwede Mantashe, then Nomvula Mokonyane and all of them one by one.

They are all going to jail, including Cyril Ramaphosa who got R500,000 from Bosasa and that fat cat called Angelo Agrizzi.

Public healthcare is also a topic touched upon, as Malema stated that the country needs doctors.

We need more doctors. One ward, one doctor. One ward, one ambulance. Vote for the EFF to strengthen public healthcare.

Electricity would also be free – sponsored by the state.

The EFF would build a state bank, state mining company and state pharmaceutical company as well.
