The singer visited the broadcaster to promote her latest single, Ngiyazithandela, from her album Unleashed, but the conversation veered off course when she was questioned about Senzo.
She explained that murder incident is hard to forget, especially because people constantly remind her. We recently reported that the artiste was roasted about the incident after she tried to comment on the Mampintsha saga. She said that she didn’t know what more people wanted from her as she’s given her testimony to the police.
Kelly maintains that she doesn’t know the people who broke in and killed Senzo, and has no idea why anyone would want Senzo dead.
When pressed about why nobody else in the house was injured, Kelly said that it’s because they all tried to put up a fight.
“We all tried to fight the robbers when they invaded the house. Senzo, my mother, his friends and even me, I had a wooden spoon at some point trying to fight back.”
The muso added that she would be able to recognise the killers anywhere.
She concluded by expressing that she feels the law is failing them. According to her, the police are in possession of the fingerprints of the attackers, and the only reason they can’t find them must be because they are not from this country.
