Paris – Former All Black Charlie Ngatai scored to help Lyon to their first win in three games thanks to a dominant 41-6victory over Stade Francais on Sunday.
Stade coach Heyneke Meyer was without five players called up to their national squads including France center Gael Fickou and Italy No 8 Sergio Parisse.
South Africa’s Morne Steyn opened the scoring for the visitors with a penalty goal and a drop goal within the opening 10 minutes.
Lionel Beauxis scored two penalties in the only other points of the first half.
Second half tries from Toby Arnold, Albertus Buckle, a penalty try, Ngatai and Noa Nakaitaci secured a bonus point for Pierre Mignoni’s side.
