Unterhalter, 59, who was an acting judge for the urgent court roll in the high court this week, had already resumed his duties. Nyschens said she could not comment on whether the incident was isolated or connected to his cases. Gauteng police did not immediately respond to questions on if they were investigating and whether any suspects were apprehended. Unterhalter received his silk as an advocate in 2001.

He most as of late spoke to the SA Reserve Bank in an application to have the Public Protector’s healing activity to change its sacred command put aside.

The application in the North Gauteng High Court was fruitful and the therapeutic activity was put aside a week ago.
