Cold Front Moving From Western Cape Expected In Pretoria This Weekend

Pretoria will be affected by a cold front that is expected to move over the Westen Cape on Wednesday evening.

A significant drop in temperatures is expected this weekend as the cold air will be pushed over the eastern, north-eastern and central parts.

“We are expecting a 60 percent chance of evening showers and thundershowers on Friday,” said South African weather service forecaster Jan Vermeulen.

On Saturday Pretorians can expect a 60 percent chance of showers and thundershowers.

It is expected to drop to a 30 percent chance on Sunday.

Friday is expected to reach a maximum of 33°C with a minimum of 18°C.
