How to prepare:
- 1.5 inches of ginger root
- 4 unpeeled lemons
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 cups of filtered water
- 2 parsley bunches
Wash and cut the parsley, garlic cloves, and lemons in slices and then put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Then, place the mixture in a pan and heat it slowly adding the water. Stir and heat until it boils. Then, remove it from the heat and leave it to cool. Strain and pour the remedy into glass bottles and keep them in the fridge.
How to use it:
You should consume this remedy daily; 2 tablespoons in the morning (before a meal) and 2 tablespoons in the evening (before dinner).Drink one glass of 10 dl two hours before dinner on an empty stomach. Shake the bottle well before use as the ginger might remain on the bottom.
