The TV personality provided us with a number of hilarious clips in 2016.
From celeb impersonations to letting us in on how girls from Soweto speak when they are being asked out – it’s safe to say, Ntando owned 2016… in a funny way.
Here are five moments when she had us rolling on the floor with so much laughter:
1. Giving a review of Mzansi Magic’s Love Back
Soon after Mzansi Magic’s hit reality show Love Back returned to the small screen for its fourth season in October, Ntando hardly shied away from freely commenting on the episode as it aired.
Taking to Instagram, the TV personality shared a hilarious review of the show, which saw a woman asking for her man’s hand in marriage. She took jabs at the woman serving her man “cucumber, red pepper, green pepper as well as lettuce” and calling it “dessert”.
“iDessert yama Greek (It’s a dessert for Greeks),” she quipped while laughing hysterically, before thanking Thomas and Mzansi Magic for the return of Love Back.
2. How Soweto girls speak when they are being asked out
According to Ntando, there is a certain language which girls from Soweto speak when they are being asked out, called ‘iSlantinti,’ which she doesn’t approve of.
In a clip shared on her Instagram page, Ntando gave an example of how the language is spoken.
Be warned, it will have you in stitches!
3. Ntando comes for Queen B’s throne
We love Ntando’s skits so much that at one point, we invited her over to our offices to impersonate some of our favourite celebs.
We got Ntando to channel her inner Somizi, Bonang, Unathi and even Babes Wodumo- all for a couple of laughs.
4. Putting on a funny ‘kasi girl’ face
Word has it that if you don’t pull fugly expressions while dancing, your moves are trash. Don’t believe us? Just ask Ntando.
She posted a clip of herself putting on funny faces while dancing to one of her favourite qgom tracks, Gobisiqolo.
“You know you’re a Kasi girl when the beat drops and your face changes nge 360 degrees and you look like a monster,” she wrote alongside the clip.
5. She makes a great crazy radio host from QwaQwa as well!
Ntando roped in her sister Thando to play out a scene of two crazy radio hosts from QwaQwa in the Free State who come to Joburg to host a show.
A video of them in action was uploaded to Ntando’s Instagram, and is funnier than you would ever expect.
In fact, it even had Ntando in stitches.
