The Menlyn Maine precinct covers 315,000 square metres near the Menlyn Shopping Mall, and is split into commercial, residential and urban entertainment sectors, while maintaining parklands throughout.

The title of “SA’s first green city” comes from every building in the project getting at least 4 stars from the Green Building Council of SA – an independent body whose rating system aims to assess the environmental attributes of a new commercial space and is based on building design and construction.
