More than 171 000 Grade 12s were writing their final exams in the province this year, ANC provincial secretary Super Zuma said.
“Our educators have worked tirelessly to ensure they produce quality learners. We have also seen the department coming up with a number of initiatives aimed at helping learners, including winter classes.”
Zuma said “parents should continue providing support to their children”.
“We are positive that our Grade 12 learners and teachers will conduct themselves much disciple during this important examination period in our country. We wish our learners the best of luck.”
