They’re both just as crunchy, and you’ll get the same satisfaction. Sprinkle a few spices or a pinch of salt on them for flavoring if you can’t stand the raw veggies.
3. You Have a Medical Condition
Some medical conditions, specifically hormonal imbalances, can cause you to retain fat. You wont be able to diagnose this on your own so it’s important to seek the advice of a physician if you suspect this is the case. Often, other symptoms accompany the weight gain, including mood swings and sweating. If a hormone issue is the case, don’t let that get you down. With the right medicine you can get back to losing weight and being the healthy person you set out to be.
