For the most part, celebs are in the news whenever they get themselves into trouble. After all, drama sells and some stars have proven themselves to be simply selfish or careless.
On the other hand, there are plenty of kind-hearted stars who have shown that helping people is a great way to express their humility and gratitude for everything they have received in their lives. They are the ones who dedicate not just money, but also their valuable personal time, for worthwhile causes. These actions, however, are so often overlooked in the news.

In 2012, he granted the wish of a four-year-old boy, Jayden Barber, who was diagnosed with cancer. What a great guy!
